Get Your Gluten-Free Kick in Palm Beach/West Palm Beach

By Kristopher Neild, Travel Expert

Enjoying a meal out is most often more convenient than preparing a meal at home - unless you have a dietary restriction that requires a little more menu selectivity. Luckily most eateries in the Palm Beach/West Palm Beach area have caught on and created labels or entirely separate menu sections so there is no guessing as to the entrees that can be safely enjoyed by all. The following list includes casual meal options as well as fine dining that all go the extra mile when it comes to informing those with health concerns about menu options.

On Clematis in Downtown West Palm Beach, Chick Pea Grill & Hummus Bar offers dine-in and take-out Mediterranean fare that can all be ordered off of a very informative menu. With labels for gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, and vegetarian, the whole ordering process is easier than ever. The best part is that there is a gluten-free choice for every step of the way so anyone can enjoy a delicious meal without feeling like one is missing out on the flavor.

The list goes on to include several more restaurants as well as a scrumptious bakery, Joey’s Home Bakery, where everything is prepared from scratch and gluten-free. Creating a custom cake at Joey’s means you can have your cake and eat it too - regardless of dietary restrictions.
