History buffs and romance-seekers alike are drawn to the unique bed and breakfast that is Parrish Grove Inn.
Located in Cocoa, on Florida’s Space Coast, the inn was originally a stunning and dramatic Victorian Queen Anne-style building nicknamed “The Castle,” for its large turret out front, next to its white porch.
In 2004, the 120-plus-year-old historic building was relocated from Rockledge to near the Indian River barge and transformed into one of the region’s most noteworthy places to stay.

The inn is located just steps from downtown Cocoa Village, one of the best places to shop on the Space Coast. Although on-site parking can be reserved, you won’t need to drive much. Restaurants, bars, bike paths and the Indian River Lagoon are all within walking distance.
Cocoa Village, with its cobblestone streets and charming storefronts, is itself filled with interesting historical facts, which guests can brush up on via the quick walk to the nearby Florida Historical Society’s headquarters.
The village is also home to some of the Space Coast’s best antiques stores, if the inn leaves you feeling inspired to bring home some history. The downtown neighborhood seems to complement the inn, so it’s hard to imagine that it was originally built elsewhere.

The inn offers five suites, each with its own character, decor and features.
Each room has a private bathroom; cable TV; WiFi; and unique, antique furnishings and accessories. Rooms are carefully designed to reflect the region and the property’s history, and they're equipped with luxurious details, like high-quality mattresses and fluffy comforters.
You can choose between a variety of features, from a private river view porch to an oversized closet. Some rooms can be opened up and connected to accommodate larger groups, too.
The highlight is the aptly named Castle Room, with its unique turret location that feels like you're spending the night in Rapunzel’s home.

Parrish Grove bills itself as a bed and breakfast, which means food is included in the stay. The continental breakfast cooked on-site may include anything from fresh baked fruit muffins to banana bread or bars.
You can also join in on the complementary wine and cheese evening gathering and meet other guests in the common room.
The kitchen is open 24/7, and it's always stocked with snacks, to add to the personalized, comfortable feeling that you're staying at your own home.
Parrish Grove Inn also serves as a popular destination for weddings and gatherings, such as corporate events.
