See the Space Coast from 18,000 feet in the air – and falling.
The Sky Dive Space Center in Titusville is one of the Space Coast’s most thrilling activities. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve dove before, this sky dive facility has something new for everyone. It’s basically the superlative of skydiving.
It’s the world’s highest jump. It's also the only drop zone in the world that overlooks the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. With the beaches and ocean below, the view couldn’t be more breathtaking.

The jump notwithstanding, the Sky Dive Space Center has special permission from NASA to fly right above the shuttle launch pads and runway on the way to altitude, so you can see a unique, one-of-a-kind aerial tour of the space center that you cannot experience any other way.
The Sky Dive Space Center also boasts the “world’s cheapest jump” at just $99, although we recommend upgrading to the biggest packages, which include video and photographic evidence of your experience. The video is often turned around quickly, within just about a half an hour.
If you're on a budget, then you can also often find Groupon deals for the Sky Dive Space Center, or get $10 off if you are in the military. Large groups get $20 off each person, too.
First-timers often sign up for a tandem jump with a highly trained instructor, but you can also sign up for personalized skydiving instructions and “Accelerated Free Fall,” which teaches you how to become a qualified skydiver.
During the tandem jump at these heights, you will freefall for almost a full minute, before your instructor pulls the parachute. You will then drift downward in the parachute for up to six minutes.
Not sure what to expect? The Sky Dive Space Center offers all kinds of information to prepare you, from what to wear (Avoid open-toed shoes, and leave those flip-flops at the beach.), to detailed descriptions of what it physically feels like to sky dive,
Got a friend who wants to jump but you’re just not feeling it? You can ride up with your friend and enjoy the free scenic aerial tour of the Indian River, the ocean and the space center, and forfeit the whole plunging through the air part.
If you’re traveling through Florida, you can also check out Sky Dive Space Center’s other locations, in Jacksonville, Orlando and Monterey Bay.
