About Indialantic

Indialantic is a small strip of beachside land, bordered by the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean. It's one of the smaller communities on Florida's Space Coast, but it's rich with excellent restaurants and outdoor activities. It was originally founded as an exclusive beachside community.
See & Do
Indialantic is a small community that blends with the Melbourne-Titusville regions. Not far from Indialantic, travelers can see several historical museums and parks (including the Andretti Thrill Park), and maybe even catch some sea turtles laying eggs on the beach during the right season. Eco-tours along the river are also popular.
Eat
Indialantic is a foodie hotspot. It's home to some of the Space Coasts best restaurants, and a diverse selection of types, at that. Travelers can fill up on fresh, local seafood and fish, enjoy Cuban, Italian (including some of the best pizza at Bizzarro's) and much more. Many of the most popular restaurants are centered around the boardwalk area and Fifth Avenue or a short walk to the beach.
Party
Indialantic is no Cocoa Beach, one of the Space Coast's most active places for nightlife, but in or nearby are some great happy hours and places to unwind late into the night. Many restaurants also feature impressive wine, beer and cocktail lists. One of the best happy hours in the county is at City Tropics Bistro.
Stay
Due to the small geographic size of Indialantic, the town itself does not offer a huge selection of hotels. However, travelers can find great places to stay, often waterside, within a short distance from Indialantic. The region offers well-known chains, such as the DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne, or locally owned cottages and B&Bs. Port d'Hiver Bed and Breakfast is a romantic, local option.
Shop
Pick up unique gifts or Space Coast souvenirs to take home in various stores throughout Indialantic. Cottage Rose is a local favorite. Also don't miss the active, outdoorsy shops, such as Bob's Bicycle Shop and the Longboard House Surf Shop. Check Fifth Avenue for businesses in the heart of Indialantic's action.
