Sway to smooth sounds and rich beats in Coachman Park , as headliners like Sheryl Crow and The Avett Brothers take the stage
Every fall season in Florida, the sounds of smooth jazz and eclectic folk beats fill the air during the Clearwater Jazz Holiday.
The event attracts tens of thousands of visitors to the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area during the third weekend of October every year, and festivities are scheduled for Oct. 15 to 18 in 2015.
For four days and four nights, enjoy live performances in a picture-perfect al fresco setting at 20-acre Coachman Park.
As one of the longest running music festivals in Florida, Clearwater Jazz Holiday has showcased an impressive list of music luminaries for the past 35 years.
As the city continues its year of centennial celebrations in 2015, this year’s event will be headlined by recording artist Sheryl Crow.
The event – presented by HCI Group – will also feature performances by some of the finest musical talents, including The Avett Brothers, Gladys Knight, The O’Jays and Buddy Guy, among many others.
While you'll definitely hear sounds of ultra-smooth jazz, the lineup covers a wide array of musical styles, including swing, blues, jam band, folk, Americana, funk and Zydeco.
At the event, Big J’s Smokehouse, St. Pete Concessions and Mr. Bill’s Fine Foods will provide a variety of food options for everyone to enjoy.
Clearwater Jazz Holiday is the perfect excuse to enjoy Clearwater's balmy fall weather, miles of pristine beaches, top-rated hotels and dining options to suit every taste and budget.
In fact, Clearwater Beach is consistently ranked among America’s most beautiful beaches, and the city is also home to a wide variety of sporting and music events.
While the Clearwater Jazz Holiday celebrates excellent music in a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for the whole family, the event also benefits the local community.
The Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has offered numerous scholarship and educational activities benefiting the music students of the community, from blues-loving beginners to piano-playing protégés and everyone in between.
The mission of the Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation is to be the leading proponent of jazz entertainment and education in Florida, through the annual presentation of this live music festival.
