Bargain hunters, rejoice! With the opening of Tampa Premium Outlets in late 2015, visitors and residents have an opportunity to save 25 to 65 percent every day of the year at a long list of upscale designer and brand-name shops.
Located a mere 20-minute drive north of downtown Tampa on I75, the mall is a welcome addition to the area, as outlet shoppers previously had to travel to Orlando or Ellenton.
The new facility is expected to host somewhere around 10,000 visitors per day, and it's just one small part of the successful Simon Premium Outlets portfolio, with more than 200 popular shopping centers around the world.

Shoppers will no doubt enjoy the Key West atmosphere, featuring charming architecture, tropical landscaping and picturesque courtyards and fountains throughout the mall. There are plenty of spots to rest, as well, with ample benches, soft seating, chaise lounges and even Adirondack chairs for relaxing.
While the mall is open-air, there are covered spaces to protect shoppers in case of rain, and when it gets chilly, there are fire-pits to warm your hands, too.
When hunger strikes, there are several options to choose from. Snack shops include Auntie Anne’s Pretzels and Haagan-Dazs, where you can find a nice cool scoop of ice cream. If you're more in the mood for a meal, then grab a sandwich from South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries, or take a seat and enjoy table service at family-friendly Johnny Rockets.
