Many of these shops are focused on providing natural and organic foods, and so are also good spots to find all types of allergy free products as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

Located in Carrollwood is Stacy’s Gluten Free Goodies, the vision of a mother with a son who has food allergies. This innovative bakery makes nothing but allergy free baked goods, from cookies to pizza crusts. Another great option is the well-known and established Sami’s Bakery located in Temple Terrace that offers a full range of healthy baked goods.

Other options include several of Tampa’s local organic and health food markets. These are greats place to find gluten free baked goods as well as a many other gluten free food items. The best news is that almost all of these locations also offer a café menu so you can enjoy a gluten free bite to eat while you’re there.

Owned by the popular Tampa eatery Datz, Dough is an eccentric and fanciful bakery located in Tampa's fashionable SoHo neighborhood. The décor is colorful and delightfully "Alice in Wonderland," as are their delicious baked goods. Choose from freshly made doughnuts, pastries, fritters, tarts or cookies, just to name a few. In addition to their baked items, Dough also offers a light breakfast menu for those on the go, and a lunch menu featuring more creative and sophisticated dining options. Located in South Tampa, Gigi's is a little slice of cupcake heaven.
