Can pastries taste of nature and humanity ? Yes. Here at Des Gâteaux et du Pain, under Chef-Patissier Claire Damon, the pastry cakes evoke a walk in nature, a childhood scent-memory, a sense of trust in one's own vision, imagination and creation.
