This is celebrated French chef Jean-Francois Piege's very own restaurant in that he is not just the Executive Chef but also the owner. Opened in 2015 it more or less instantly was awarded 2 Michelin stars. One of the specialties is lightly stewed Bleu lobster from Brittany (the most tender and flavorful lobster imaginable) served layered in delicate fig pastry sheaths.
