A hotspot just off the Champs-Elyses, this restaurant draws the business lunch crowd in day after day. Though there are numerous Chinese eateries in the area, Tong Yen distinguishes itself by being one of the high-end, elegant Chinese food restaurants in Paris. One of the favorite dishes of this restaurant's many regulars is the Crispy Chicken in Honey Sauce; another is the Crispy Fried Prawn in Spicy Garlic Sauce. There is also an extnsive Dim Sum menu so it's quite feasible to make a meal just from those delicious steamed savory dumplings. The décor here is elegant and modern, meaning you won't find any paper lanterns hung in here.

- Lunch: "Desserts here get deliciously creative with black sesame crème brulee, Coconut Pearls (rice cakes filled with coconut confection and dusted with flakes of coconut), and mini chocolate spring rolls served with vanilla ice cream."
- Best for Lunch Because: With all the choices you have in and around the Champs Elysées, this is a business executive favorite - a Chinese restaurant with classy cuisine.
