Mellow Mushroom

In existence since 1874, Mellow Mushroom has salads pizzas, subs, and salads. You'll also find gluten-free pizza, a kids menu and a wide variety of beer. Although Mellow Mushroom has about 100 locations, each restaurant is slightly different, catering to the needs of its specific community. The first Mellow Mushroom opened near Georgia Tech, with food choices that would appeal to the college crowd. Snack-like foods like the pretzels, spinach and artichoke dip, stuffed Portobello mushroom, and the capri, can be used as an appetizer. The Mighty Meaty is Mellow's version of the meat-packed pizza, and the Mega Veggie is a classic vegetarian pizza.
