Coastal River Charters

One of the most well respected fishing charters in Savannah, Coastal River Charters is helmed by Captain Jack McGowan, an eighth generation South Georgian whose family has a long history of fishing the waters along the Georgia the coast. Captain Jack's expertise shines during his inshore and near-shore fishing expeditions, which take place on his Sea Pro Bay Boat. Captain Jack's vessel can comfortably accommodate up to four anglers, and most of the fishing is done within 30 minutes of the marina. The captain encourages a practice-and-release approach, though guests are welcome to take a few catches home for dinner. Several packages are available, including a family-friendly fishing adventure, and all equipment is provided.
