Spudnik, located on the west end of Broughton Street in Savannah's Historic District, is a small eatery dedicated to the art of the potato. The restaurant offers russet potatoes and sweet potatoes topped with a variety of unique ingredients. Creative choices include the Osaka, a sweet potato loaded with miso compound butter, soy sauce, bamboo shoots, sesame seeds and sriracha sauce, and The Athenian, a russet potato topped with feta cheese, roasted red pepper hummus, olive oil, black olives and capers. Diners can also design their own potatoes using any available toppings. Though the potatoes are the standout feature at Spudnik, the restaurant's cool floor made entirely of pennies deserves special mention.

- Late Night: "Seating is limited, so you may want to take your potato to go."
- Best for Late Night Because: Spudnik, which is open until 4 a.m. Thursday through Saturday, is a potato-lover's paradise. Go for the Pizza-tato, topped with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
