Aglio, olio e peperoncino

Aglio, olio e peperoncino, Porinou 13, near the Acropolis Museum, is a small, cosy trattoria which promises a unique culinary experience. Special attention is paid to the quality of all ingredients, and all plates are freshly prepared. The menu suggestions are from all over Italy and include specialties from the mediterranean cuisine. Servings are abundant and service excellent. Taste the authentic spaghetti aglio,olio e peperoncino, the linguini with pesto, spaghetti with seafood, black tagliatelle with squid sauce, the succulent penne with vodka. Home made pasta, like artichoke ravioli with sage and butter, or porcini mushrooms, spaghetti with sundried tomatoes, feta cheese and mavrodafni wine are some of the favorites. The wine selection includes very good Greek and Italian wine and the desserts are formidable: tiramisu, cheesecake, lemon mousse, apple pie and more.
