Krokos opened in Athens in November 2011 and is owned by the architect Nicholas Krokos and decorator Katerina Krokos, aiming at becoming a reference point in the gourmet society of Athens and focusing on promoting high quality local products that are not found easily on the market.  Olives, appetizers, various types of cheese, pasta, honey, marmalades, biscuits, spices and herbs are only some of the delicious products the shop offers. It's worth tasting the artichoke hearts in oil, the delicious preserved fruit, the grilled aubergines and peppers. Truffle products are also available, and the range is continually renewed.

The design of the shop reflects the owners' objective to relate and display the products in a cozy, yet clear and organized way.  The atmosphere creates a sense of familiarity to customers, who immediately feel at home sampling the products.

At Krokos you can find fine olive oil, protolado, mandarin marzipan from Chios, balsamic vinegar from Imathia and many other fine Greek delicacies. Krokos aims at promoting the Mediterranean diet and focuses on discovering unique Greek products and delicacies from all over the country. The renowned international gourmet brand of OLIVIERS & CO is also featured in the store.
