The Natural History Museum of Crete of the University of Crete presents a unique exhibition of the Patagonia Dinosaurs at the Goudi Equestrian Center in Athens until the end of March 2013. The exhibition covers a space of 800 square meters and is attracting visitors of all ages from all over Greece. These giant prehistoric animals have fans all over the world who are fascinated by their strength and power.

A very interesting 40 minute documentary will be screened every hour, and younger visitors will love the interactive games in the specially designed spaces. The exhibition includes 25 dinosaurs of various sizes and ages, from the giant cousin of T. Rex to smaller specimens no bigger than a dog, along with birds and fossils. Specially designed educational itineraries for school children include information about the dinosaurs' history, their supremacy for more than 200 million years and the theories about their extinction. Every day the dinosaurs come to life through a guided tour which is like a game for children of various age groups, examining the excavation procedure, questions and answers, games with the dinosaurs shadows in the dark and enlivening history. Kids will love this playful approach to the powerful prehistoric animals and learn more about natural history in the process.
