Restaurant Mentzelos Slow Food was created by chef Mentzelos Drosopoulos aiming to make slow food known to the wide public, in a warm, welcoming space, which serves quality, honest, clean food. In other words home made food prepared with slow cooking, based on the chefs wide experience, tasty and healthy dishes prepared only with ingredients which are cultivated following the principles of the Slow Food movement, and cooked with healthy methods. Prime meats, organic vegetables from small local producers, crisp, fresh salads, home made pies, tastes with a twist, which satisfy both culinary enjoyment and healthy nutrition. The special cuts of black angus meat, cooked in a josper wood oven are remarkable. The menu is different every day, depending on the chefs inspiration.
