Relax like a local in an upscale fisherman-style beachside shack that serves as a bar and lounge on the leeward side of Oahu. Called Off the Hook, the nightspot is located at the extravagant Disney Aulani Resort in Kapolei. Here you'll find a wide array of tropical drinks, and Hawaiian and Pacific inspired appetizers.

Open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. each night, Off the Hook offers hotel guests as well as those from around the island a place to socialize, unwind and take in the sounds of the ocean breeze and waves. There isn't much nightlife out in Kapolei, but Off the Hook provides an island-style locale to spend time watching the sunset and enjoy the outdoors well into the night.

One of the best moments you can catch here is the west side sunset. Sitting on the beach and overlooking the serene ocean at sunset while enjoying a tropical drinks is a special moment not to be missed. They have a keiki (children's) menu, and it's perfect for family time or date night. In true tropical stye, the lounge is decorated with Hawaiian artifacts, such as cowrie shell lures, shark tooth knives, fishhooks and other traditional tools. A colorful school of fish swims above the bar, and all of the elements resemble that of a traditional fisherman's shack.
Going back to that sunset we mentioned, be sure not to miss it out here.
