Looking towards the golf course — Photo courtesy of Turtle Bay ResortAn open air restaurant resting on the world class Fazio Golf Course at Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu, Lei Lei's is a casual, yet sophisticated bar and grill. Located in the heart of the North Shore, surrounded by surf culture and beach style, Lei Lei's is a must-stop while in the countryside.
With a menu featuring steaks, seafood, salads, burgers and pastas - many with a Pacific Rim twist - Lei Lei's satisfies throughout the three meals of the day. The menu changes with each meal, but the full bar is open from early in the morning (and is often frequented by those hitting the greens early) and stays open 'till the restaurant closes.
Although Lei Lei's shares the same property of Turtle Bay Resort, it has a truly local feel, thanks to its manager and owner who, on most nights, can be seen visiting tables and chatting with regulars. While the Fazio Course is out front, the Palmer Course is behind the restaurant. Right in front of the outdoor tables is a putting green ideal for children who have become restless during dinner. Parents can take drinks to the green or watch the young ones from the table.

A five-minute walk from Lei Lei's is the coastline, ideal for a post-meal stroll along the ocean or to watch the sunset before dinner. Although steak, ribs and seafood are menu highlights, vegetarians will find plenty of options with dishes such as pastas, salads and garden burgers. Dinner reservations are highly recommended.
Don't forget to look at the sea turtles out front!
