Nestled inside the North Shore's Turtle Bay Resort, 21 Degrees North is a gourmet restaurant with a focus on locally grown ingredients and exotic martinis. The head chef, who cooks exclusively for 21 Degrees, created the menu himself. With a varied and always delicious mix of fish, grass-fed beef and other seafood and vegetables, the menu offers some of the most unique and gourmet food on Oahu.

The in-house mixologist created the extensive martini list herself, and she runs the bar five nights a week. With options such as jalapeno, lavender, chai peach, espresso, coconut, pineapple coconut or even a bacon martini, you're guaranteed to find a drink you love. They also have a full bar, so you're not limited to martinis.

Very mellow live music plays each night, and the ambiance here is romantic and high end, but not super formal. The eatery overlooks the ocean through a glass wall, offering a great view of the sunset. To be blunt, 21 Degrees should not be missed if you're in the area, and is even worth a drive from another part of the island.
This restaurant can be enjoyed as a date night, with the family, or with a group of adults looking for fun. Closed Sundays and Mondays, 21 Degrees North is only open for dinner from 6 to 10 pm and the bar is open until 11 pm. Reservations are recommended.
