Bobby V's Italian Restaurant

"The best way to someone's heart is through their stomach" is the slogan at Bobby V's Italian Restaurant on the east side in Historic Kapa`a Town. They serve up the usual (but really good) Italian fare such as pizzas, pastas, calzones, and meatball sandwiches. They offer specialty pizzas on the menu and guests are invited to create their own with various toppings. Using an array of fresh local ingredients such as Kaua`i basil, they put a unique and local spin on their dishes.
