The Gwen hotel launches new spring menus for its outdoor terrace and restaurant, Upstairs at The Gwen. Executive Chef Matt Jergens' spring menu features a selection of globally-inspired street food inspired by his own international travel. Try Terrace Elote with togarashi crema and Cotija cheese; and Island Creek Oysters with rosé granita and chili. IN addition to various crudos, the rooftop ups the toast trend with rabbit toast. Seasonally vibrant libations include include the purple-hued Prince, featuring Rhine Hall mango brandy, Clement Creole liqueur, butterfly tea extract and fresh lavender; and the Margarita Oscuro mixes mezcal, Casamigos Respado, lime juice, muddled jalapeño and activated charcoal (the trendiest ingredient of the year).
