According to the chef, his meals are designed to accentuate the beverage program which includes rare whiskeys and a slew of craft beers.
To accommodate the ever-growing demand for vegetarian and vegan dishes, Friedman has created a diverse menu that accommodates meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and even gluten free diets. His tofu stir fry includes seasonal vegetables, tofu, sesame, ginger, soy, quinoa, spring onions and is a hit with vegetarians, vegans and meat-eaters.

Friedman is a born entertainer so you’ll often find him on the floor engaging with his diners, making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Since Fountainhead is constantly rotating its beverage and food specials, its guests can keep returning and having a different experience every time which makes this place one of the best kept secrets in Chicago.
