At first glance you may not notice the building houses a boutique hotel. The art deco décor can be found throughout the lobby and rooms. Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily while 24-hour coffee and tea service is available in the lobby. Street parking can sometimes be found nearby or self-parking with 24-hour in-out privileges is available for $22. The hotel, located in Chicago's Boystown area, is near the lakefront path and within walking distance to many Chicago attractions. It's also adjacent to the elevated (el) train and noise can be a factor if your room is alongside the el. If you're not a heavy sleeper, ask for a room on the quieter side of the building.
