4 Paws Brewing is inspired by the city in which is lives and Sadie, their little boxer which is present during the brewing process, beer and bikes. The husband and wife team blend all of those inspirations into their brewery where each of their craft beers honors Chicago's rich brewing history with a story to tell. To celebrate their love of bikes, the brewing company launched a bicycle tour program (cleverly named BYOB ~ bring your own BIKE). Tours run from May through September, last approximately 4 hours and cover currently operating breweries.
