Kostali just opened in the fifth-floor lobby of The Gwen, A Luxury Collection Hotel. Helmed by James Beard Award-winning chef Carrie Nahabedian, Kostali threads a maritime mosaic through the menu via Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Tunisia, Lebanon, Israel and Morocco.
