Asador

Asador is one of the newest additions to the Dublin steakhouse scene, opening its doors on Haddington Road late last year. The Spanish for 'grill' or 'spit' the agenda is clear with a barbecue oven boasting oak, apple and lumpwood charcoal and fresh Irish produce. Steaks come in a variety of weights depending upon your cut and a c�te de boeuf for two sitting at the top of this meat-stravaganza. If you're looking for a full barbecue feast there's an additional BBQ platter with all the grill delights you can imagine. Cocktails are a firm favourite here and for those with a taste for seafood there's an excellent fish and seafood menu as well as barbecued vegetable plates.
