Every night from 7pm, pasta lovers can enjoy a sumptuous Martini royale cocktail, a plate of Gragnano pasta and a decadent dessert from the rooftop of the Hotel Capo D'Africa. What's so special about this aperitivo you ask? Well, for starters, it's not everyday one can sip on some cool cocktails overlooking the Colosseum on the rooftop of an amazingly beautiful hotel. Though the aperitivo is slightly more expensive (€29 per person) than your average happy hour around town, this hotel is throwing in some extras in order to entice you.
While your average cafè or bar serves up cold pasta, leftover sandwiches and other sad finger foods; Hotel Capo D'Africa offers its guests high quality pasta, a tasty cocktail and a mouth-watering dessert. What's more, you can catch a glimpse of the chef preparing the pasta right before your very own eyes. It's like watching a cooking show on a splendid rooftop terrace. Now that's amore.
