Circolo degli Artisti – not your average rock club — Photo courtesy of jimmi cossuSome would like to say that Circolo degli Artisti is just your average alternative rock club in Rome. Week after week, they churn out a bunch of bands, famous and unknown, featuring music ranging from Indie Rock to British Pop Rock, Punk and good old-fashioned American Rock 'n' Roll. But, Circolo degli Artisti is always looking for ways to reinvent the wheel and prevent itself from falling into one particular category under one specific label.
The club's principal purpose is to always put on really good music regardless of the genre. And, the club has lately been exploring some alternative avenues that are sure to attract and add even more friends to the family!
Aperitivi with Art
At the Circolo degli Artisti, every Sunday is dedicated to contemporary art, moda (fashion), cinema, dance and music. The Circolo considers Sundays to be a time for freedom of expression; the space serves as an arts lab where artists can show off their best work. There's also an aperitivo buffet that's dedicated to the Sunday special called 'Wi-Fi Art.'

Streaming Concerts and Contemporary Art Space
Can't make it to the concert at the Circolo degli Artisti? Not a problem! Now, the club has a web TV channel called Soluzioni Semplici where it streams live concerts on demand for its public.
Feeling a little artsy? The Galleria D'Arte Ex Roma Club (Via Baccina, 66), in Monti, was created a few years ago in partnership with the Circolo degli Artisti. It's a cultural space that's open to anyone and everyone who's into art and books. If you're a starving artist craving to show off your work somewhere, the Galleria D'Arte Ex Roma Club is the place that will let you do it.
