While Felipe's in New Orleans will always be known for their freshly constructed tacos and burritos, their decent-sized bar at the French Quarter location has become a hot spot. This is due to the great margaritas, vast selection of tequilas and their discounted 40-ounce bottles of Tecate.

Since the proprietors have noticed a large contingent of patrons packing their bar late, they decided to come up with a new "midnight menu." People drinking late into the night can't help but be hungry, so Felipe's is banking on people ordering up their new bacon-wrapped hot dog loaded with re-fried beans and other various toppings. They are also serving discounted chips, tacos and other finger bites.
If you find yourself at Felipe's on a Friday or Saturday night downing tequila shots with the girls, or watching a football game with the guys, just know food is now an option. Starting at 11 p.m. on the previously referenced nights, their midnight menu will unlock.
Felipe's has two locations in New Orleans (French Quarter and Uptown), and it's at work building a new spot in Mid-City. The French Quarter location is on N. Peters. It is a great spot to check out before you wander too far into the meat of the Quarter.
