Chef Eric Cook brings old school Creole dishes to the table at Saint John, the modern art-filled restaurant he opened in the French Quarter in the fall of 2021. The New Orleans native has a strong track record - he brought elevated Southern cuisine to Gris-Gris in the Lower Garden District in 2018.
