Located in Federal Hill, this is the place to hear up-and-coming local talent. The space is intimate and can get somewhat packed but luckily there are two floors, both with bars on them. A variety of bands grace the stage from week to week, and styles may range from blues to rock to folk music. The acoustics have been well noted from many a patron. $3 drafts and discounted cocktails are available every night until the music starts. One of the best deals in town is Eight by Ten on Tuesday, when they offer five bands for a five buck cover.
