Here, your instructors will push you to your personal limit, while taking you on a fun ride on your stationary bike. They'll also encourage you to work harder by posting your stats, and those of your classmates, on their torqboard. Flywheel is a different type of cycling class, where you may just find that you're enjoying your 45 to 60 minutes of exercise.

A bike in their dimly lit stadium-style seating studio allows you to forget about those around you, while you focus on doing your personal best. Your instructor will take you up and down hills, work your arms using weighted bars and push you to your personal limit all while moving to the beat of their choreographed rides. New riders may not meet the instructor's targets, but should be proud to meet a personal max.
Themed rides pop up from time to time and are a bit more fun than the typical. Throwback Thursdays have you riding to tunes from years ago, while couples' rides encourage you to ride side by side with someone special. Led by spirited instructors, you may even forget that you are working out.
There's no need to feel shy at Flywheel. "Virgins" are made to feel welcome, as staff graciously greet you, show you the lay of the land and get you set up on your bike so that it feels just right for you. You'll find yourself surrounded by people of all shapes and sizes, who are wearing exercise gear that ranges from ratty old t-shirts to high-end, high-priced pieces.
