It's a Los Cabos success story. Five years ago, Baja Brewing Company became the state's first microbrewery, and they've been expanding ever since. BBC has three locations currently - the original bar and microbrewery in downtown San Jose del Cabo, a rooftop aerie at Cabo Villas, and, as of last year, a marina-front spot at Puerto Paraiso in Cabo San Lucas - and new versions of the popular brew pub seem to be sprouting every other year or so.

Baja Brewing Company's newest bar and restaurant enjoys a privileged location on the Marina Boardwalk, next door to Luxury Avenue, and looking out over a broad expanse of fishing boats. There is a statue out front of BBC's iconic mascot, a burro tempted by a bottle of beer on a stick, and the property includes both an outdoor patio and an air-conditioned indoor area featuring a dozen or so televisions to keep visitors up-to-date on all the latest sporting events.
As with the other Los Cabos locations, the menu covers a lot of ground, from pub-style favorites like burgers, pizzas, fish and chips, and shepherd's pie, to higher-end selections of steaks and pastas. Despite all the menu treats, however, the focus at Baja Brewing Company remains on the beer. Visitors may choose from both bottled and draft options, and flights of draft beers are available for those who want to sample the full range of BBC's fermented offerings.
