Wyndham landed a perfect hotel setting in Cabo, with a central location on the Cabo San Lucas Marina that overlooks a scenic panorama of boardwalk shops and luxury yachts. The names on this property have changed a few times over the years: Costa Real, Plaza Las Glorias, Tesoro. Finally, this highly desirable property - with its spectacular surroundings - seems to have found its ideal owner, in Wyndham Cabo San Lucas Resort. The world's largest hotel company took over management of this property a year ago, and immediately initiated widespread renovations and upgrades.

Wyndham may not be able to match the sheer opulence of some of Cabo's top resorts, but it is almost impossible to beat for value, convenience, and professional service. All 286 rooms and suites have been renovated and upgraded to include the latest conveniences, from satellite televisions to Wi-Fi access. The hotel is within easy walking distance (under 15 minutes) of Medano Beach, both ends of the Marina (it can take a good half hour to walk the entirety of the Marina, from one side to the other), Pedregal, and all the great downtown shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.
The Wyndham also offers parking (car rental services are available), and daily shuttle service to and from the airport at San Jose del Cabo. Other amenities include a full spa, a swimming pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and business services. All the Wyndham lacks is private beach access and their own golf course, but rest assured that the concierge will gladly arrange tee times and travel arrangements. In fact, Wyndham features shuttle service to and from their own private beach club.
