Fine Food, Spectacular Views: The 10 Best Restaurants in Pedregal

Home to sprawling hillside villas and some of the region's most luxurious resorts, Pedregal has long been considered the ritziest neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas. There are no shortage of fine dining options here, although the majority of restaurants are affiliated with area hotels. El Farallon, for example, which features one of the most incredible settings in all of Los Cabos – tables are perched cliffside overlooking the Pacific Ocean – is set at The Resort at Pedregal, annually ranked as the Land’s End city’s best resort.

Finisterra, among the oldest lodgings in Pedregral, recently became part of the Sandos hotel group, and renovations and upgrades include the elegant appointments and excellent buffet-style dining at Don Diego's. Solmar, another long-time Los Cabos fixture, currently has several hotels and better than half a dozen restaurants under its umbrella, including standouts Brigantiine, Romeo y Julieta, The Ridge Restaurant and Hacienda El Coyote.

The neighborhood's best new restaurant may be Puerto San Lucas, which looks out over the Cabo San Lucas Marina, and features a hearty selection of steaks, pastas and fresh local seafood. Desserts are a particular specialty at Puerto San Lucas – yet another Solmar property – and the restaurant excels at decadent meal cappers like red velvet cheesecake and vanilla crème brulée.
