Imagine yourself on vacation in Cancun.
Now imagine yourself on vacation in Cancun on a yacht with your family and/or friends. Music is playing, the drinks are flowing and you’re snacking on guacamole and chips as you tour Cancun’s turquoise blue Caribbean Sea.
You can easily make this dream come true at the Sunset Admiral Yacht Club & Marina, located at kilometer 5.8 on Boulevard Kulkucan in Cancun’s Hotel Zone.

A typical day on the yacht starts out with a cruise through the mangroves of sparkling Nichupte Lagoon. After going under the bridge that connects the island of Cancun to the mainland, you’ll be on the azure Caribbean Sea.
Ask if snorkeling equipment is available when booking, or bring your own and ask the captain to take you to some prime snorkeling spots.
Most people choose to head straight across the bay to Isla Mujeres, a small tropical island located off the coast of Cancun. The waters off North Beach are warm, shallow, calm and a spectacular blue.
You can swim, sunbathe or even have a dance party right on the boat. Another option is to anchor off Zama Beach Club, which is located further south.

A day trip aboard a yacht is a unique way to celebrate a special occasion, like a bachelor or bachelorette party, a high school or college graduation or a family reunion.
Admiral Yacht Club offers four yachts: The Kukulcan (63 feet); The Sea Horse (53 feet); The Hercules (45 feet) and The Polo Player (45 feet). Prices range from $380 to $700 per hour, and the minimum rental is four hours.
This may seem expensive, but the yachts can accommodate at least 10 people, so once the cost is split, the prices become a lot more accessible.

It should be noted, too, that it's customary to tip the crew when your unforgettable day on a yacht is over. A reasonable tip would be between $20 and $40 per crew member, depending on the length of your cruise.
Some bottled water, soft drinks, beer and snacks are provided, but you’ll want to bring more depending on how long you have rented the yacht for and how many people will be onboard.
Admiral Yacht Club & Marina also offers jet ski rentals, flyboard, a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres, a jungle tour with a boat ride and snorkeling, scuba diving, wakeboards, fishing tours and romantic dinners on sparkling Nichupte Lagoon.
