Museum Night, held on the first Saturday of November, allows you to stop by select Amsterdam museums between the hours of 7:00 pm and 2:00 am. This year, the event will take place on November 2, 2013.

It includes entrance to 50 museums, such as the Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Rembrandt House, Tropenmuseum, FOAM Photography Museum, NEMO, Amsterdam Museum and Jewish Historical Museum. The Artis Royal Zoo and De Hortus are even on the list.
You'll find a wide variety of events taking place throughout the evening, such as concerts, films and tours. The price also provides free public transportation (bus and tram) between the hours of 6:00 pm and 6:00 am, as well as discounted admission to one of six after parties. You can learn and play all night long.

Please note the museum must be one that participated in Museum Night this year.
Be sure to buy your tickets in advance. The event usually sells out. For those that have a Museum Year Card or I Amsterdam City Card, be aware you will not be granted free entry during this event.
