The charming Carson Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas is one of Las Vegas' best-known dining destinations. The restaurant's quiet ambiance is wonderful for meal when you'd like to have a conversation and a glass of great wine. The late chef Kerry Simon opened Carson Kitchen, and his influence can still be felt in the restaurant's innovative dishes. 'Social Plates' for the table include choices like "Devil's" Eggs, topped with crispy pancetta and caviar, or crispy chicken skins with smoked honey. The flatbreads are also ideal for sharing. Entrees include dishes like pork meatloaf, salmon or cocoa-espresso New York Strip, but the menu changes frequently, ensuring you can almost always find a new delight. The drink menu includes a wide selection of wines and beers, along with a selection of finely crafted cocktails.
