Casa Calavera takes its design inspiration from Día de Los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, and its menu reflects the holiday's Mexican origins. Day of the Dead is traditionally celebrated in Mexico and other Latin American countries around November 1 and 2, but at Casa Calavera guests can get in the mood of this fall holiday all year round. The menu includes standards like tacos, enchiladas, fajitas and burritos, a selection of combination plates and entrees like Chicken con Mole, half a chicken with mole, pickled onions and grilled vegetables. The drink menu offers several types of Margaritas, both by the glass and the pitcher, as well as other cocktails, wine and beer. Tequila fans will find a wide selection of choices, from Casamigos and Patrón to Don Julio and Clase Azul Ultra Extra Añejo.
