Cleaver

Located just down the street from the Las Vegas Convention Center, Cleaver is a steakhouse with a retro vibe and a menu full of excellent steaks, appetizers and sides. The restaurant's off-Strip location means you'll have a much lower tab than anything you'll find on the Strip, and the quality of both the food and service are equal to or better than comparable places along Las Vegas Boulevard. Steak cuts include a flatiron, filet mignon, New York strip, ribeye, tomahawk and Porterhouse for two. Surf and turf is available at market pricing and an extensive selection of sauces, rubs and toppings are offered. The sides and appetizers are not to be missed here, with the blue cheese spinach and the squid ink pasta being particular crowd pleasers.
