CRAFTkitchen wants to provide dishes that are full of personality, and to that end they use local and, when possible, organic ingredients. After years of experience in high-profile kitchens, Chef Jaret Blinn decided to open CRAFTkitchen in 2015. Gluten-free and vegan dishes are clearly noted, and a dedicated vegan menu is offered. Gluten-free bread is available, and some menu items can be modified to be gluten-free. Breakfast and lunch are served all day. For breakfast, try the Crustless Quiche of the Day or the Short Rib Hash, made with braised short ribs, smashed potatoes, roasted sweet onions and peppers. For lunch, guests can dine on gluten-free chilaquiles or a pesto chicken arugula salad with grilled organic chicken breast, housemade pesto, pear tomatoes, parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
