Amalfi by Bobby Flay

Chef Bobby Flay is one of the most well-known chefs around, so it's no surprise that Amalfi by Bobby Flay was garnering buzz before it even opened. The space at Caesars Palace where Flay's Mesa Grill was located has been transformed into a space reflective of the Amalfi Coast in Italy. A fish and seafood display is the centerpiece of the new space, and the menu reflects that focus with an emphasis on fresh Mediterranean fish and handmade pasta. Fish and shellfish options are extensive and include selections like golden snapper, red snapper, black bass and branzino, among others. Market-driven whole fish and shellfish are offered and served grilled whole or filleted with a choice of Meyer lemon, capers, red pepper, Calabrian chile pesto or salsa verde. Steak and chicken are also available.
