Food courts are ubiquitous along the Strip, but the new Block 16 Urban Food Hall at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas takes the concept up a notch. The six restaurants and bars give diners a well-rounded roster of dining options at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The interestingly named District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew hails from New Orleans and the name alone gives you a glimpse of what you'll find on the menu, although the offers go beyond doughnuts, sliders or beer. Ghost Donkey specializes in mescal and tequila. Hattie B's Hot Chicken will satisfy any hankerings for Southern food and fried chicken, plus they serve local beer. Lardo offers sandwiches (primarily pork). Pok Pok Wing comes from Portland with a bit of a cult following for its wings and Tekka Bar: Handroll & Sake features handrolls prepared at the counter and a selection of sake.
