Small plates are the signature item at Julian Serrano's Lago at Bellagio. This Italian restaurant pairs the concept of small plates with delicious Italian fare, demonstrating that many cuisines can be adapted to the small plate approach. The dinner menu features a wide array of tempting dishes to share, like crostinis with delectable flavor combinations; Polpette Di Carne, tomato braised beef meatballs; Fegatini Di Pollo, chicken liver, capers, and pepperoncino--but there are so many more options.
