Chef Bobby Flay is one of today's most well-known celebrity chefs, and Mesa Grill shows off the culinary style he's known for. Southwestern flavors exert major influence on the menu here in brunch dishes like the Crispy Bacon and Hash Brown Quesadilla, Ranch Style Eggs Tostada or the Blue Corn Buttermilk Waffle, which comes with blackberry bourbon syrup and vanilla creme fraiche. At brunch, two delicious burgers are offered. The Mesa Burger comes with double cheddar, grilled Vidalia and horseradish mustard and the Green Chile Cheeseburger has queso sauce, roasted poblanos and pickled red onions. Sides include both chorizo and hominy grits, and chances are you won't find cactus pear iced tea on many other menus. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., lunch is served Monday through Friday and dinner is served daily.
- Brunch: "One of the most popular items on Mesa Grill's menu is the Tiger Shrimp and Roasted Garlic Corn Tamale with cilantro sauce, which is offered as an appetizer on the brunch menu."
