With its mix of Jamaican and New Mexican cuisine, DW Bistro sets itself apart from other restaurants in Las Vegas. One of the restaurant's most popular meals is their weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday, when this off-the-Strip eatery can get really busy. DW Bistro's relatively recent move to its current location in The Gramercy prompted a new menu from this long-time local favorite, and the combination of sweet and savory flavors is a distinctive element. At brunch, look for a host of dishes that show off big flavors, like the Jerk Fried Chicken and Waffles, the Jamaican Curry Bowl or the Chilaquiles. Blander fare like pastries and oatmeal are available, but they're outnumbered by dishes like the Pesto Torte with goat cheese, pesto, macadamia nuts, chili oil, lavash and crackers.
- Brunch: "Brunch at DW Bistro is served on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Some brunch dishes are also offered on their lunch menu, which is served Tuesday through Friday."
- Best for Brunch Because: DW Bistro's distinctive combination of Jamaican and New Mexican food rewards its guests with a menu full of flavor-filled dishes.
