Green St. Kitchen arrived in Las Vegas as a part of The Palms' recent renovations, which have updated every aspect of the property, including its restaurants. The trendy new restaurant serves Asian Fusion cuisine in an NYC Soho-inspired atmosphere filled with street art--including an actual Banksy. Guests have a large menu to browse, with both Asian and American dishes. Shared plates include blistered shishito pepper, Hamachi sashimi, mini Maine Lobster Rolls, Wagyu Beef Tataki and Signature Buffalo Wings. A raw bar and hand rolls offer more selections you may want to share before your entrée. The Tableside Hot Rock service is just what it sounds like: sliced Wagyu or King Oyster mushrooms are cooked on a hot rock, with delicious results. Entrée selections offer a surprising range of dishes, like Scottish Salmon, a burger, Pappardelle Bolognese and a whole steamed striped bass.
- New and Popular Restaurants: "Greene St. Kitchen serves brunch on Saturday, beginning at noon with the last seating at 3 p.m. Look for dishes like avocado toast, a meatless California Benedict, a burger and a large bottle selection of top-shelf spirits."
- Best for New and Popular Restaurants Because: Greene St. Kitchen's memorable Asian Fusion cuisine, along with its retro New York City style and street art, set it apart from other Vegas restaurants.
