Bowl is the newest restaurant in the West Street Market, located downtown near the Truckee River. It's the concept of Larry Dunning who formerly owned the restaurant, Sezmu in MidTown. Bowl features a unique twist on comfort food. All their dishes are not served on dishes, but bowls. Bowl serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals and they buy most of their ingredients from local farms and businesses. The small location is decorated with artwork from local artists.
