The items at Cabin Fever include mountain lodge-style furniture for the bedroom, living room, dining room and even the bathroom. Furniture made from driftwood, local branches or even boats and sleds can be found on the showroom floor.
Home accessories and decor at Cabin Fever include ski- and boating-themed posters and wooden paintings; handmade wool pillows; wood and birch bark coffee table canoes; animal doorstops made from river rocks; and lighting that utilizes real snowshoes, pine cones, wood, camp lights and antlers.
Other accessories that Cabin Fever is known for are their Welcome Bears and amazing 3D maps of Tahoe and other waterways.

Welcome Bears are a signature Tahoe gift. These wooden bears – made with chainsaws in various shapes, sizes and poses – can be used inside or outside a home and reflect life on the lake.
Cabin Fever's maps are bathymetric charts similar to a topographic map that are made from Baltic birch, layered and laser cut to visually reveal the charted depths of each underwater location. Cabin Fever features the Great Lakes, Puget Sound, San Francisco Bay, the Florida Keys and, of course, the very deep and mysterious Lake Tahoe.

Note that Cabin Fever's sister store is Tahoe Furniture Company, where you can order special fabrics and furnishings as well as home accessories for any mountain and forest lover.
Cabin Fever is located close to the lake in Tahoe City. After shopping here, you can either walk along the Tahoe City Boardwalk to various restaurants like the Tahoe Mountain Brewing Company and the Fat Cat Cafe, or pick up a coffee and ice cream at the Gear and Grind.
Tahoe City is also home to the Fanny Bridge, named after the visitors who lean over the edge to catch a glimpse of the spawning salmon that make their way from the lake into the Truckee River.
